Membership

PFAN annual membership fee is PKR 1000/- or €10. Membership fee is payable at the start of new year.
Following are the membership types and eligibility criteria:

Member: PFAN is an association of scholars who have completed their higher studies from France. Therefore, full member is a person who have completed a degree/diploma of a recognized program of 1 year or more, from any university/institution from France. Members can:

  1. participate in all PFAN activities and events
  2. become coordinators (in-charge) of PFAN activities
  3. take any office position (President, Vice President, CEO, Treasurer, Secretary)
  4. become members of the Board of Directors

Associate Member: PFAN would also like to associate those people who have not done a complete degree from France, but have completed some course, internship or training from France. Therefore, an Associate Member is a person who have done a certificate course /internship /post-doc /training of 2 months or more, from any university/institution from France. Associate Members can:
  1. participate in all PFAN activities and events
  2. become coordinators (in-charge) of PFAN activities
  3. take any office position (President, Vice President, CEO, Treasurer, Secretary)

Affiliate Member: PFAN would also like to affiliate those people in Pakistan who are associated with French language or a similar activity. Therefore, an Affiliate Member is a person who have done a certificate course in French language or related discipline from Pakistan, or is associated in a similar activity. Affiliate Members can:
  1. participate in all PFAN activities and events
  2. become coordinators (in-charge) of PFAN activities

Honorary Member: PFAN Board of Directors can select and declare any distinguished and renowned personality as its Honorary Member for a defined duration. Honorary Members can participate in all PFAN activities and events.
